Over the years I have gathered a number of unique skills to add to my ‘life’ resume.
I’ve learnt to trapeze in Los Angeles, acquired my boating license along the Trent-Severn in Ontario and have even become a Squire in Tennessee by Jack Daniels.
Now, in June, I’ll be heading to Lethbridge, AB to join the Kansas City BBQ Society to become a certified BBQ Judge… And the best part, you can too!
This half day class will be teaching us everything we need to know about the art of BBQ and during it we’ll learn how to grade world-class chicken, ribs, pork and brisket — all while getting to stuff our faces along the way.
