Starting today Taste Of Calgary is back for its 22nd year!
This is one of the most appetizing festivals in Calgary and invites visitors to enjoy a weekend filled with some of the most delicious cuisines, tantalizing beverages, and amazing live entertainment that this city has to offer.
This four day outdoor festival, from August 9 to 12, will showcase Calgary’s vast variety of artisans, musicians, food trucks, restaurants and more.
You’ll also be able to check out Cheers Gardens, an 18+ area where local breweries, distilleries, and restaurants will be “shaking” things up with their TASTE-iest cocktails.
While it is free to attend the event, sampling the food & drink will cost you a bit of pocket change. Tickets are purchasable for $1 each and menu offerings will range from 2 to 5 tickets per item.
And with a seemingly endless amount of eats to try, you’re going to want to raid your piggy bank and call a friend to help you power through!
With so many vendors at this year’s 2018 Taste of Calgary it’s impossible to judge the overall ‘best of the fest’, so here’s a look at the 8 best things I sampled today to help get you started!

Beef Rendang with Yellow Curry Rice from Bumbu Indonesian Grill
