Chicago Gourmet is a MUST!

It’s no secret I like food… A LOT.

So last year when I was visiting Chicago and I stumbled upon a sold out food & beverage event, Chicago Gourmet presented by Bon Appetite, I vowed to return the next year to find out what I had missed.

And what I had missed was EVERYTHING!

Literally!

Celebrity Chefs, Culinary Masterminds, Master Sommeliers and endless Wine, Spirits & Beer Makers.

All in one place, offering up all of the wares!

Literally!

In its ninth year, Chicago Gourmet brought together thousands of foodies over 2 days to feast and sip on an uncountable number of tasty treats.

There were book signings, unique activations, seminars and demonstrations… All of which were included in the ticket price.

Now let’s have some real talk.

If buy your ticket early bird style, the cost is under $200. However for people (like me) who wait too long, the price was $250.

But I’m telling you, from one thrifty event goer to another, it is worth every penny!

This is the best food & beverage event I have ever attended!

The quality, uniqueness and portion size, mixed with the fact that you never waited more than 2 minutes to sample anything, makes the value of the 6 hour outdoor event both an unbeatable value and experience!

And just when I thought I had seen (and eaten) it all, around a corner was a enormous tent filled with Beer & BBQ.

It could have been an event on its own!

Chicago as city is a beautiful adventurous place, filled with amazing restaurants, cocktail bars and people. And Chicago Gourmet is a celebration of it all!
