There are a couple of things I am wild about; fluffy kittens, corkscrew noodles and Christmas…. Better yet, the 8 weeks leading up to the big day.
The stores have transformed their windows, and a certain smell of luxury and over spending is in the air.
This week Holt Renfrew revealed their Christmas windows, and what an imaginative and over indulgent display it was.
Their theme: ‘The 12 Days of Christmas’, each window a cleaver take on the classic song. Here are a few of my favorites.
I think these are the ’10 Lords a-Leaping’, they look like they are getting ready to… Holts didn’t pay them to just stand around!
Here are some of the ‘9 Ladies Dancing’ and something tells me the one in the middle had a nip of the sauce before rehearsal!
And they all dance to the fine tunes of the ’12 Drummers Drumming’
Now this one took me a little bit to figure out but I think is pretty cleaver and really funny! These are ’11 Pipers Piping’
And last but not least…everybodies favorite, ‘8 Maids a-Milking’
Yes Holt Renfrew, Happy Christmas indeed, you have started the holiday season out right! Now I can’t wait to see what other stores have to offer!
