Sugar Shake (Weight Loss Challenge)

Sometimes a really great week can also be a fairly bad week.

This week my Fitness Plan and Theme Park vacation went head to head in the ultimate battle royale and only one came out alive.

Now its hard to say how much physical activity I got while running from ride to ride and although I tried to keep my healthy eating in check, I was very weak to the sweets.

As to live up to my ‘More is More’ motto, I made sure to go big or go home. Why would I settle for a regular candy apple? Afterall I was in the USA and that just doesn’t cut it.

This was an apple dipped in caramel, then re dipped in chocolate finished by a long drawn roll in the mini M&M’s.

After all that caramel I was thirsty, so over to Hogsmead I went for a Butter Beer slushy to wash it all down; for days I repeated these poor choices.

Here are my results this week and I have no idea how this all happened!

11/01 target 16 lbs

I have a real uphill battle this week and I don’t intend on paying out next week!
