As Calgary has one of the best and strongest art scenes in Canada, I was delighted to be invited to ATP‘s ‘sneak-a-peak’ last night for the annoucenent of their  2011-2012 season.

I jumped out of my seat when I heard the announcement for their Christmas show, The Wizard of Oz, I was excited, but my ruby slippers really hit the roof when they announced the lead who would be filling the famous shoes.

Now Calgary has a ton of world-class artists and actors, but Ksenia is truly a triple threat. I have seen her perform in several of this cities best shows. This stunner really knocks my socks off when it comes to her incredible talents in singing, dancing, and acting. How she has not been listed in ’40 under 40′ by Avenue Magazine is beyond me.

I couldn’t think of a performer who I’d rather see in the role of Dorothy.

The show will be running this winter at ATP from November 23 until December 31. I advise you get your tickets now before the reviews hit the news stand. This show will be fabulous!
