Omorovicza – Luxury Skin Care

June 8, 2018

I love beauty products. Drugstore, luxury, bargain…I love it all. There is not often a line I fall completely in love with as much as I have with Budapest-born, luxury skin care line, Omorovicza.

In the 1800s the Omorovicza family built the Racz spa in Budapest, on the site of a medieval healing spring. Fast forward two hundred years, add in the help of a Nobel Prize-winning laboratory, and the properties of these ancient healing waters have been bottled to create the luxury skincare range, Omorovicza.

The three products I am using daily, which make my skin feel moisturized, nourished and pretty darn pampered, are:

Queen of Hungary Mist – $90USD

Omorovicza Queen of Hungary Mist

This multi-purpose neroli and rose-scented face mist refreshes, purifies and hydrates. It is a skin toner inspired by the Queen of Hungary Water, the world’s first recorded perfume, formulated for Queen Elisabeth of Hungary in the 14th century.

I love to use this on just-washed skin as a toner to balance my skin, or as a pick-me-up spritz throughout the day. The smell is incredible…I mean, it is fit for a Queen!

Omorovicza Thermal Cleansing Balm – $110USD

Omorovicza Thermal Cleansing Balm

I was a foaming cleanser lover before I met this gentle black facial cleansing balm. Though the process of washing your face takes longer with this product, the results are worth the extra effort.

Rich in Hungarian Moor Mud, known for its unique mineral complex that detoxifies and purifies the skin, it removes makeup, cleanses all skin types without stripping, and leaves skin soft, hydrated and radiant.

Omorovicza Midnight Radiance Mask – $125USD

Omorovicza Midnight Radiance Mask

Though called a mask, this product acts like a moisturizer. Applied as a night moisturizer, with this lightweight product, you wake up to soft, bright and glowing skin.

Formulated with Sand Lily and Salicylic Acid, the gel texture melts into the skin, gently exfoliates and promotes cell renewal while fighting hyperpigmentation. I love the smell of this product and, even with my highly sensitive skin, I have nothing but love for this beautiful mask.

Feel the urge to treat yourself like a Queen? You can pick this line up at The Four Seasons Spa, Nordstrom and Sephora.
