Transitioning from the humidity of the summer to the crisp, coolness of Fall can leave your locks dry and dull. In this, the first of my Fall Faves Series, I will show you three hair products that will take you from Fall to Winter, looking your most Fab.
Hairspray and humidity don’t mix, so I steer clear of hairspray in the summer months, opting for pastes and mousse. But my true love is hairspray. The speed at which it secures a style, the satisfying mist that encompasses my do…I am hairsprays biggest fan.
This Elle Grand Prix Beauty Award winner for Best Hairspray is my new go-to. With AquaLastikTM technology, this super strong hairspray won’t make your hair flakey or cakey. AquaLastikTM let’s you spray, then restyle by simply brushing your hair out, then remisting. I love the superfine mist and long lasting control.
Though not new to market, this treatment surpasses any other leave-in treatment I’ve ever tried. And it smells like a coconutty tropical dream, which is appreciated as days grow shorter and nights colder. This product line comes in three scents – Lotus Flower, Classic and Coconut. For me, there is no decision, it’s always coconut. Offering ten benefits from detangling to frizz control, I love how soft, but not unmanageable my hair feels after using this product. To help that Fall dryness and dullness – this product is exactly what you need.
OK, I am late to this party. I saw these coiled hair elastics and pretty much immediately thought they’d be crap. My hair is very fine and regular elastics rip and tear my hair. Having lost all my elastics and late for the gym, I was desperate and tried these elastics which were gifted to me. Not only did my hair stay put in the top knot I’d fashioned, it didn’t budget throughout my workout AND, when I took the elastic out, it didn’t bring a handful of my hair out with it. I am a super fan and only wish they I’d started using these months ago.
Check in next week when I’ll be talking about my Fall Faves for your Face then Body. So many incredible new products, perfect for this transitional time of year.
