In Sorel Style During #NYFW

March 7, 2017

New York Fashion Week in February… It gets COLD!

For some reason over the past 3 years of attending, I’ve seem to have forgotten that fact each time I pack.

But this season, thanks to my friends at Sorel, not only did I arrive and stay warm, I was sitting front row stylishly showing off!

Best known for their high quality, warm winter boots, Sorel’s collection is actually much broader than the footwear they began with back in 1962.

Outfitted Head-to-Toe in Sorel, not only was I able to slosh through the empty streets of a city shut down by a sudden winter storm, but my head was kept warm with their Standish Watch Cap (aka toque).

And the entire time my body was kept cozy in their wide array of cold weather jackets like the above Caribou Bomber Jacket and below Ankeny Jacket!

Which – hallelujah – comes in some pretty amazing colors other than black.

Now it wasn’t all snowy streets and Caribou Wool Boots the entire time I was hitting the shows during NYFW: the rain also made a friendly appearance.

But Sorel had me prepped for that as well with their Madson Chukka waterproof suede leather boots

And they were SOOOOO comfortable!

So while some fashionistas hired drivers and cars, I utilized my two feet and strolled in MAJOR comfort the entire time!

This season during NYFW the weather pulled out all the stops, but thanks to my friends at Sorel, I was fashionable ready to GO the entire time!
