One of a Kind Christmas Show Toronto 2016

November 25, 2016

It’s the most wonderful time of the year… For shoppers!

With hundreds of vendors from across Canada, Toronto’s One of a Kind Show is on now until December 4th. Don’t live in Toronto? Don’t worry! All my fave vendors have online stores and ship across this great land of ours. So grab your credit card and thank me later.

There are 150 new vendors this year, so the mix of gifts available is fantastic… But here are my favourites!

LEMO Lemonade – stall G47

A Montreal-based company selling hand-created lemonade syrup is always a favourite of mine. Their spiced Lemo is a go-to to sip with SodaStream or to mix in holiday cocktails. This is a perfect gift for the aspiring mixologist on your list.

I am a jewellery lover and finding unique and beautiful pieces that are not thousands of dollars is a challenge. Here are two of my favourite jewellery designers from the show.

White Feathers Design – stall R04

This Meaford Ontario-based jewellery company is run by silversmith, Breanne Morrow. I love the geometric nature of her designs and think her earrings are the perfect gift for that fashionista on your list.

Andronyx – stall D35

I wanted everything in this booth. Designing primarily wedding and engagement rings, Jeanie Andronyk creates sculptural and organic looking pieces that are beautiful to look at. She has created a line of earrings just for the show.

Bags and Purses! There are a lot of stalls with really unique patterns and styles of bags and purses.

UPPDOO– stall E47s

This is a new designer for me and I really loved how fun his designs are. You can purchase a solid purse bottom and buy swappable, zippered inserts. The inserts come in all sorts of patters and materials, so you can take one bag and dress it up or down, easily.

Pulp Function – stall S07

Stretching the limits of paper and wood, this company creates some really eye-catching light fixtures for walls. I love the little cloud and Daschund. I think these lights will look amazing in baby rooms or office walls.

Campy – stall O13

Who doesn’t love candles? I think they are a fantastic stocking stuffer or office-mate gift. I love Campy candles – they burn clean and long (80 hours!) and the range of scents is fantastic. I also love the fun names…like ‘It’s Your Birthday’ for their vanilla cake scent, ‘Breakfast in Bed’ for their grapefruit and gardenia scent and the ‘The Holidays’ which has notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and rum. Made in Ontario, these babies are a holiday winner…and we’re giving one away to one lucky reader!

To enter, just comment below, telling me what your favourite holiday cocktail is.

From ceramics to bags and for everyone on your list. You have until December 4th to shop this unique show.

  1. I was going to say mulled wine as well but I might have to give this winter sangria (in Rachel’s comment) a try! 😉

Looking forward to reading your comments!
