I’ve always loved ‘em. They take any outfit from drab to fab in seconds without looking like you’re trying too hard. So, I was jumping for joy when I was invited to peruse the new Converse headquarters in Old Montréal!
Simply wicked.
Not only was there a great layout featuring an über cool Converse chandelier, there were also 4 fantastic new lines presented for SS16.
Ladies. There is a pretty new member to the Converse family: Crochet! Light, Airy & Simply a Beauty.
Irridescent rubber is also on the menu. Love the rainbow shine of a bubble? These fun new additions are just for you.
Hot designer John Varvatos’ marriage to Converse is still going strong. The leather and studs give a motorcycle feel without having to dish out the dough for a Harley Fat Boy. Vroom, vroom, indeed!
Fan of the classic? Not to worry as it’s still present in the ChuckII line. Let’s be honest, I LOVE my Chucks, but they are pancakes, so the new technology of the ChuckII line is my new bestie. A Nike insole so I can walk for days without having sausage feet? WANT!
The SS16 lines as well as the new home for Converse in vieux port are a great fit. Pun completely intended ; ).
