I put my hair through the wringer.

And you guessed it, I needed some intensive hair therapy. Lucky for me, L’Oréal Professionnel came sweeping in to lavish my locks with love!
The renowned brand has been around since before I knew what an eyelash curler was. It’s a constant on the beauty block for good reason – new innovative products. And bienvenue to their two new lines: Mythic Oil & Wet Domination!
The Mythic Oil line already had me with the mystical name.

I was a hair masque virgin, but I’m gonna be a trollop soon because my hair is now like silk. SILK! Hands off my hair Karl and then go eat a sandwich.
So, my hair is rejuvenated, but my locks needed a bit more love before I brought the heat.
I dipped into the Mythic Oil Hair Oil. This radiant product contains avocado & grapeseed oils which nourished my once battered hair beautifully, so I could continue my hair ode to Gisele Bündchen.
A bottle is going to last for ages, as like my grandmère says, “just a lil’ dab will do ya”. Glitter on for years, sister friends!
Next, I needed to see how the L’Oréal Professionnel products would fare on other styles like Whitney circa ‘I Wanna Dance With Somebody’. After, air drying & adding curl, I attempted more shine with Mythic Oil Colour Oil – perfect for us ladies who love to colour. Enriched with cranberry oil, my hair gulped this down & shone from the inside out.
But I wanted to see how far I could take the glow, so I reached for the Wet Domination Shower Shine.
As the product promises, it gives hair a ‘scandalous shine’.
Very cool product as it leaves a hard shell shine.
Even though this product is meant for slicked styles, it worked as a VERY LIGHT finish on a full style like moi.

With healthy shiny hair, now I was ready to take the same glow to my skin with the Shimmering Oil.
Radiating golden flecks suspended in a slender glass bottle. Looked like a magic potion I definitely wanted to try!
