The Tastemakers Lounge for TIFF 2015 is always the place to be during the ten-day Toronto International Film Festival.
Founded in 2005 by Debra Goldblatt-Sadowski (president and founder of Tastemakers and Rock-It Promotions) and Leesa Butler (VP operations of Tastemakers and president and founder of Divine Lab), these two phenomenal ladies continue to set the pace for what’s hot in Toronto.
Celebrating 11 years, this year’s highly sought after Canadian gifting suite is presented by SOREL and ELLE Canada… And today I got a sneak peek!
The suite is designed to celebrate ‘local and international talent in style’ and is decorated by the uber talented, Toronto-based designer, Lisa Canning.
At The Rémy Cointreau Group I was treated to three specialty cocktails that all the stars will love to sip on. I adored the freshness of The Rickey – Cointreau, fresh lime, sparkling water with a grapefruit and lime slice. This is now my new drink of the summer.
Available online now and in stores in October – these fashion-forward, weather-proof boots and jackets are just what is needed in the market.
I was able to strut out of the suite with a pair of ‘Joan of Arctic’ Wedge Mid in Nori. Such an on-trend colour and the perfect sophisticated lift to still feel city-chic while protecting your tootsies from the elements.
The room is filled with incredible products and services. From my favourite TWEEZERMAN products to the ayurvedic facial care line Sahajan to an incredible wine tasting from Rhone Valley Wines – I was whirled around and left feeling totally glamorous and spoiled rotten… So just like a celeb;)

OH! AND I got to experience some virtual reality with the help of ELLE Canada and PCPVR – a ‘tour’ of the location where this month’s cover star, Diane Kruger’s cover shoot took place.
