Amber Approved – Yee-Healthy Stampede!

June 3, 2014

Miranda Hobbs & George Costanza both ate out of the trash.

No judgement here as I’ve had my own ‘issues‘ with food. Who hasn’t?! Needless to say, I was THRILLED to find guilt-free fare with Amber Romaniuk’s première cookbook “Amber Approved“!

Calgary based sweetheart, Amber, is a holistic nutritionist who began a road to clean eating after over-coming her own toxic food demons. She began toying around with healthy versions of her fave meals, and at the encouragement of her mentors she published her creations in the début cookbook “Amber Approved” in ONLY 8 weeks!

Clean eating doesn’t have to be gnawing on cardboard. It’s more like a Mardi Gras in your mouth with all flavours invited. You will be a convert with such recipes as Chicken Veggie Nests, Rad Rainbow Salad and my personal favourite, Curry Cashew Dip.

Après trying Amber’s Chocolate Hazelnut fudge, you’ll swear that clean eating is the new sexy. Even Mr. Fab couldn’t resist!

From breakie, to appies and mains, to sweet-tooth satisfiers – “Amber Approved” guides your hand through a clean & tasty lifestyle. I cannot express how fantastic this cookbook is, so luckily, Amber is graciously giving one away to a lucky reader!

“Amber Approved” is a cookbook I can honestly recommended. I look forward to watching this YYC lady-preneur take the food world by storm.

  1. Amazing! This book looks awesome I always struggle to find awesome gluten free dairy free meals, not because I eat healthy all the time (haha) but because I need them to host dinner parties without letting down my non-gluten friends!

Looking forward to reading your comments!
