What to Wear Wednesday (Sparkle Ball Studs) Giveaway!

November 7, 2012

This weekend, coffee in hand, I decided to hit up a few of my favourite little boutiques in downtown Calgary; it was time to start thinking ‘Holidays’

When, what to my wondering eyes should appear, it wasn’t a miniature sleigh, and eight tiny reindeer..

But window full of sparkles.

A new jewelery store, Hillberg & Berk had opened, and something in the window had caught me eye!

As I walked inside I tried to play it cool, as long as they didn’t know I had a hole in the crotch of my jeans, they’d think I had enough money to afford their wears.

As I began to talk with the clerk in the store, she told me a bit about the company and where they started. Turns out these are my peeps!

Hillberg & Berk actually started their brand in my hometown of Regina, and much like myself, this team has come a long way!

After battling the Dragons and winning on season three of the hit CBC television series “Dragon’s Den”, jewellery designer Rachel Mielke partnered with business mogul and philanthropist W. Brett Wilson and has started to expand the brand nationwide!

After learning about the success of the brand I prepared myself for the worst… How much were these gorgeous Sparkle Ball Studs I had seen in the windows (and now coveted for my best friend) going to cost me?

Then it happened… Shock!

The price, $65.00, approximately $100 LESS than I thought they’d be!

And no, they aren’t plastic, I asked!

Swarovski Crystal hand set into clay, Sterling Silver posts, and timeless luxury at an unbeatable price point, I had to have them!

And you know what… I need you to have them too!

I decided to contact the designer to see if she would share a pair with a lucky reader…

And she’s offered to let you pick your choice of Sparkball Studs, and there are a lot to choose from!

As always you’ll have two ways to enter;
