Line Posters made in NYC giveaway!

April 19, 2012

While I was visiting a good friend in NYC this past Christmas he took me to a beautiful outdoor artisan market in Central Park, he wanted to get my opinion on a piece of art he had been eyeing up for a while.

As we maneuvered through the crowds of holiday shoppers, we hit our destination.

A modest booth with a simplistic and fabulous concept.

LinePosters

The idea was simple; A variety of large and interesting subway lines from world cities, screen printed on paper.

It was something that I too had been searching out for many years, always coming up empty-handed… But now, they were mine!

I decided on NYC, after all I was in the city and what a fantastic way to commemorate the trip.

When I got home I couldn’t wait to frame and hang it! Up on the wall it went, but it looked so lonely; I needed more.

I contacted my new friends over at LinePosters and picked out a few more.

Moscow

and Madrid

I was in love! The quality of the screen printing and paper was perfect… Unique art, colorful, and the perfect fit into my home!

Knowing how much I love their art, Cayla the designer and John the engineer from LinePosters wanted you to have a piece as well.

In honor of my up coming trip to Tokyo next month, I will be giving away a screen print of their subway system!

You’ll have 2 ways to enter.
