I am one week away from ending my fitness challenge, and to my amazement I haven’t had to pay out any money due to failure.

I also realized this week that I haven’t shared my success secrets and they are really easy! Eating health(ier) and exercise.
Now I am not going to sit here and tell you I have had a great time, heck no! I hate working out and those crazy people who say they do are full of it! To help me in my quest I started running… some call it running but I made the mistake of looking in a mirror last week and the last thing I would call it would be ‘running’.
I look more like a greased up seal struggling to get back into the water as a polar bear is in hot pursuit. It’s a combination of glistening panic and a jerking forward motion. A friend recently posted this image to her FB wall and I think it describes my look very well.
Needless to say over the last 6 weeks, I have never found it enjoyable nor have I hit this illusive ‘runners high’… That, my friends, is an urban myth!
With one week left and mini chocolate bars taking over the city, who knows what my last week will bring…
If you have been trying to shape up like me, keep on trucking… and if you haven’t… I don’t blame you!
